• A major internet service provider called Cloudflare experienced a widespread outage today.
• This outside issue briefly caused connection problems for our customers, primarily when trying to access the Bidsquare admin panel. You may have seen slow loading times or error messages.
• Our technical team has successfully implemented a fix (a workaround) and full operational service to Bidsquare is now restored.

What You Need to Do (Recommended Workaround):

To ensure you have no trouble accessing our site, please follow this instruction:

• Use www.bidsquare.com as your link or entry point to the site, including the admin panel.
• Do NOT use bidsquare.com (without the "www").

If you use the link with the "www," everything should work normally. Our teams are continuing to monitor the situation until Cloudflare's global issue is fully resolved and we will provide updates via our status page as appropriate. 

Please note that this is still an ongoing situation and despite our very best efforts to protect access to and use of our systems, we cannot guarantee that further issues originating from Cloudflare will not occur until the source of the problem has been fully resolved.
