Details of Reported Outage - 10am - 10.20am Wednesday 29th October
After several reports of performance issues and timeouts when running live auctions, it was discovered that an abnormally high spike in CPU usage caused an outage that affected auction and site operations. This issue occurred between approximately 10am and 10.20am.
Normal service has now been resumed and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Going forward, we are in the final phase of the existing plans to roll-out our latest multi-server upgrade which should mitigate against similar issues in the future.
