[209] Automated Barcode Image Import

Added support for image uploading using barcode images. Images can now be loaded in bulk to the system using a barcode image as the separator. This option is now available via the ‘Associate By’ dropdown menu when uploading image files in bulk.

 

[399] [Configurable Columns] - Allow Users to save table view & CSV 'templates'

Added a major enhancement to the ‘gear’ icon that allows for the creation of multiple views and CSV templates on any screen that shows the ‘gear’ icon. Individual staff accounts may create and manage their own unique templates for either Table View OR CSV Export and any templates can be shared across the entire team of staff also. 

[243] Print/Email Inventory

Added a new function for ALL inventory lists that allows users to generate, print and email a PDF list of selected items with a format similar to the consignment print receipt. This function is available as a batch action “Print Inventory” from any list of items in the system. Like the consignment receipt, the ‘gear’ icon allows users to configure and save multiple unique templates and share these across the team as required. This document can be emailed as a PDF to any email address.

Added enhanced rich text support when creating custom print labels. This allows greater flexibility in styling, sizing and positioning of cell content when using the upgraded Print Label editor.

Enhanced the Consignment Pre/Post-Sale emails to include specific hyperlinks for each item. Previously these emails only contained a single link to the auction.

Bugs

[173] Timed Auction: Assigning Auction via Item Edit Page Fails to Activate Lot on Front End

Fixed an issue where assigning an item to an event via the item edit screen would cause issues with the lot being available for bidding once published. 

[478] Fix Seller "High Bid Notification" email for Cloud
Fixed an issue where the ‘High Bid Notification’ email sent to the primary admin account would not fire correctly for White-Label bidders. 
Note: due to this fix, customers may see an upsurge in emails received. The dollar threshold that triggers this email can be adjusted from Settings > Auction Settings > High Bid Notification

 

[461] Live Console ‘Quick Add Item’: Auction won't advance after selling ALL lots and then adding new one

Fixed an issue where items added via the live console ‘Quick Add Item’ function to a blank event or added after all other items had been sold/passed would prevent items from accepting bids or advancing to the next item. 

 

[463] Consignor NAME is filled in for next quick add but you still must re-type the name and select the consignor again

Fixed an issue where the consignor name would incorrectly persist when creating new items via the Live Console ‘Quick Add Item’ function.

 

[477] Fix print label {invoice_number} rendering blank

Fixed an issue with the {invoice_number} merge tag for print labels where the addition of that tag would not render any data when printing labels.
